Romsey WI meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm in Crosfield Hall in Romsey.
We welcome visitors and have a varied and interesting programme of speakers.
We have the following activities, separate to our meeting: Craft Group, Darts,Walking,Scrabble,Book Club, Theatre Trips and Lunch and Supper Club

Romsey WI provided refreshments at the War Horse launch event in Romsey!
It was a great community effort that recognised the contribution of the Romsey remount camp in providing horses for WW1.
The statue was unveiled by HRH Princess Anne
Romsey WI is an active participant in the Romsey Future Project which is developing a vision for Romsey over the next 10 years.
Along with our participation in the co-ordinating group we have also supported with providing refreshments for stakeholder events. Here is a photo from the event, held on November 25th 2017.
This venture has now moved past the initial stages but is part of the structure and process for consulting with residents over ongoing development of the town. We are please and proud to be involved. It linked with a WI resolution about Saving our High Streets

Romsey WI seeks to share in and be part of the towns activities.
A regular part of engaging with Romsey Community is yarn bombing events where the towns bollards are decorated. Each organisation involved in the town participates.

We took part in a Community Event at Romsey Abbey...we and other WI's in the Test Valley and Romsey group of WI's gave information about all our activities with residents and visitors
Denman College was the WIs centre for learning.It offered a huge range of courses from crafts to history and exploring the countryside.
With the closure of Denman ....Denman at Home has emerged
